At Dawson, we provide clients with experienced Project Managers who oversee projects from conception to completion. This begins with the bidding process where the Project Manager evaluates the project area and assists the client with a design that meets the stated objectives, efficiently and effectively.

The Project Manager organizes all the necessary requirements which can include legal, regulatory and permitting issues, Health Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) concerns, type of surveying method, type of source needed for the terrain, line clearing requirements and any special concerns the Recording Crew may encounter.

Project Managers oversee each phase of the project – Bidding, Permitting, Surveying and Recording – while keeping customers abreast of the progress and always remembering through each phase to “Do it Right.”
